Motorola today launched an extended version of its Moto E5 Play (launched back in April 2018), the all-new Moto E5 Play Go Edition. Back in April 2018, The US Mobile Giant launched six new smartphones in its G-series and E-series. E-series catering to the lower segment was positioned below the G-series models.

The Moto E5 Play was launched exclusively for US market but the extended Go edition has been launched for Europe and Latin America. The Go Edition runs on Android 8.1 Oreo instead of full Android Oreo. The new handset takes advantage of the Google’s optimized version of Android for budget handsets.
The latest handset will be available in the European and Latin American market from this month itself and is priced at EUR 109. The Mobile makers are yet to confirm the release date and price of the phone in India.
